Arriving in 3-4 days (what from China)?
If a seller on ebay or amazon sells goods they make out are UK stock only to reveal after you've paid that they are infact coming from overseas (i.e. China) and its not goin to take 3-4days to arrive, like it said when you decided to buy it, now its listed as going to take just over month, has an offence been committed under uk trading and consumer laws, and if so is the web company also culpable if they fail to prevent or enforce these laws????
Whats peoples thoughts this seems to be happening alot at the moment

"...make out are UK stock only..." - make out is not a legal term. It was either advertised as "made in the UK" or it was not. If it was and was actually made in China, then how did the UK violate any laws? The Chinese just lied on the ad. It had nothing to do with the UK, who probably has no idea that their name/country is being used to sell their junk. 3-4 days should have been a red flag. There's no way you are going to get anything from the UK to the U.S. in 3-4 days. Regardless, cancel your order immediately. The reason: You won't need it in a month and it was mis-described as being made in the UK - if it was. Something implied is only implied. Your contract is with the seller and the advertising online forms part of the contract you entered into when buying... you have a right to cancel and you also have a right to make a complaint about misleading delivery advertising times to Ebay/Amazon.
