Is there anyway someone without a green card can join US army?

    Yes.... if you here legally and you pass the test to get in you can join with a green card..

    Citizen or permanent resident.

    There have been a FEW specialized programs for non-green card holders with very specific language skills and a lot of limitations.  The last one was from about 2007-2009.

    NO.   You have to be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card Holder with at least 1 year residency.

    Native people from Canada can join the US military as per the Jay Treaty.

    No you must be a permanent resident with a valid green card to join the US military.

    Nope.  Why would they let someone who has not proven loyalty to their new country?

    I'm afraid not. In order for a non-citizen to enlist in the military, they must first be a legal immigrant (with a green card), permanently residing in the United States.
