Can you clone a particular probiotic strain ?

So I really would like to clone this bacteria called lactobacillus helveticus. How would I go about doing that?

!) Get yourself a SINGLE L. helveticus (go look up the technique of limiting dilution).

    2) Grow it up.

    3) Bingo.

No. I do not have the skill, nor the desire.
