Do real estate agents accept anyone as their clients?

Trying to sell an home and so I'm looking for an real estate agent. Would any of them accept anyone as a client ?

    It depends on your house.  They are going to take on what they think they can sell.  If your house is a hoarded disaster, a realtor would not likely take it on because nobody would tour it let alone buy it.

    No.  You need to find an agent who deals with homes in your price range.  The more experienced and successful agents have moved on to selling only big ticket homes where they get substantial commissions.

    Agents are happy to try to help you sell a home because they will get a percentage.  Ask around.  Find an especially good and honest agent.

    Some do. Some don't. Some won't bother with a client whose house price is below a certain dollar amount.
