Should Mary Trump's book be stopped from reaching shelves? Why didn't Trump remove Mary's 1st Amendment rights, as soon as he knew about it?

Someone sued to stop the publication of M.Trumps book. Trump cannot remove anyone's 1st Amendment rights except in times of War and even then it would be subject to adjudication by the Supreme Court.

Using the Power of the Presidency to silence his critics would make Trump a dictator and an authoritarian.  Not something that is a good fit for a US President.

Let it come out..those who hate him will quickly read it and  claim it is the gospel truth.. those who support him will know it is just the scribbles  of a very spoiled angry relative.  Maybe he didn't give her any money??

Except in times of war, when it may be necessary to keep sensitive information from being disclosed to the enemy, no court may, consistent with the First Amendment, impose a prior restraint on publication.  Near v. Minnesota, 283 U.S. 697 (1931).

45 supports free speech as long as it's in his favor. He doesn't believe other Americans should have the right to criticize him.

LOL @ spawn of an alcoholic father and litigant of a year 2000 lawsuit contesting her grandfathers will.   A moron saying after the 2016 election “What a tragedy. I feel like that lost my country tonight.” She added, “Hillary Clinton is an extraordinary human being and public servant. That she lost to this is unspeakable.” is hardly an unbiased observer.  LOL

Mary Trump's 1st Amendment right to publish should be upheld.  The NDA she signed was based on fraudulent financial data, so it's invalid.
