Hearing loss and water in ear?

Does this affect your hearing?

    You probably have wax buildup in your ear canal. Showering or swimming, water gets in behind the wax, reducing hearing. Visit the ear doctor and get your ears flushed out.

    hold your head to the side, either side with the water and with 2-tips in hand gently probe the ear canal and break the water tension that's holding in the water, once that happens, it'll just drip out, you can then try 2 different q-tips to get the residual water

    Not sure about hearing loss, but you can get swimmer's ear.

    Eardrums are very sensitive.
