Am I supposed to eat after a workout ?
I did a few workouts this afternoon, I am doing the rest tonight before I call it a day. Not sure if I should redo the exercises, then do cardio or just do that last set of workouts and a cardio workout to some calories from earlier today. I ate dinner, a pasta dish. Today, I didn't snack on anything and filled myself with 2 oranges, a small bowl of cereal, and water. Would eating dinner harm my progress?
