Haven't seen what you are talking about but either way just because people don't die it doesn't meant infections are harmless.  Confirmed case mortality rate today is 4.4%.  However not all infections are confirmed cases so it is possible that 99% of infections have no long term effect.  If that was not clear in the source it means they were somewhere between sloppy and grossly incompetent in their defense of his claim.  Got a source?

One more thing.  Even if the fatality for all infected was at 0.5% and herd immunity was reached at 60% of the population infected it would still mean almost a million dead people before herd immunity would kick in long term.

No. You're just uninformed. You ever wonder if the problem might just be you? I doubt you ever do.

You need to get a more recent chart. In the early days of the outbreak, something like 5% fatality rate was touted. But that was only because they were only testing the seriously ill in the hospitals. So of course, the numbers were hight. As we've tested more and more people, that number has continued to drop to less than 1%.

All this actually shows is that liberals are autists who take everything overly literally.
