So what do you do when you tested positive for COVID19, as there is no actual cure? Do you just ride it out?

That's right. If you test positive for COVID-19, you just self-quarantine yourself at home for about 14 days and ride it out until the virus cleans itself from your system.

If you've tested positive for COVID-19 and you MUST go out in public for some reason, be sure to wear a mask. You're very contagious to others until the virus clears itself and you've been given the "all clear" from your doctor.

There's no "cure" for any kind of virus. There's no "cure" for the common cold virus or for the flu virus. All you can do is treat the symptoms of a virus (coughing, fever, nausea, etc.) until you begin feeling better.

Right now pretty much all the treatments are in the experimental stages.   Anti-viral drugs seem to work for some people,   plasma transfusions from those who had it and recovered seem to help.   What does not help are all the idiot suggestions coming from Trump.   Whatever he suggests,  do not do it.

You ride it out at home as long as you are getting enough oxygen.  If you are not getting enough oxygen, its time to be admitted to a hospital or its the end of the game if you decide to stay home.

You quarantine yourself for two weeks.  Take large amounts of vitamin C (I like the chewable ones), zinc lozenges (there are elderberry flavored ones - not bad), daily take Vitamin E, selenium, NAC and a B complex vitamin.  Drink those little cans pf pineapple juice.  They are known to have anti-viral effects.  Avoid sugar, includeing high fructose corn syrup.  Avoid grains. Eat more fresh and fresh steamed, non-starchy vegetables.  Like have more salads, and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, asparagus, and leafy greens.  Drink lots of water.  Get lots of sleep.  Avoid exercise.  Go to youtube and search for DR BERG COVID.  He has lots of short, informative videos on the subject.  Take his advice.
