Is it true that you should never walk in high heels if you have a hip disability?

    Sounds like common sense. High heels may have contributed to the hip problem in the first place. I rarely wear them. I like the look, but sometimes it feels like I’m walking on stilts.

    No idea, but as a guy with hip issues, I can't even wear work boots anymore, becouse they have a slight lift in the back compared to the front. I couldn't imagine the discomfort that women's heels would give.
