I will be hiring contractor to expand galley kitchen in manufactured home?
The current kitchen exterior will be expanded outward, thereby, my sink, stove and dishwasher on the one side of kitchen will follow.
Is it ever possible to continue using sink, dishwasher, stove until when the framework is completed or not really?

Probably the first thing they will do is set some sort of a foundation and then extend the plumbing underneath the kitchen to the new location. So you will lose the the sink, etc. early. The electric cable for the stove is also underneath the floor and it will be moved with the plumbing. That will take out the stove. Buy some paper plates, plastic forks and a 110 volt grill. You will be fine. Camping out at home.

When the plumbing is disconnected, you can't use the appliances.
