There is nothing you can buy over the counter that increases your chances of becoming pregnant. Even all the things that advertise themselves as conception aids are NOT actually going to help any more than just having sex at the right time.
You can take prenatal vitamins and increase your folic acid levels to help make sure your body is healthy and ready to grow a baby. But this won't actually help you get pregnant. It just means the body should be healthy enough to support a pregnancy if one starts.
The best way to get pregnant is to have sex often. At least once every three or four days. Sperm can live for up to five days. Sex every three to four days ensure sperm available when an egg releases and increases the chances of conception.
If you try for a year and have no luck - then talk with your doctor. If you have an actual fertility problem - then there may be treatment options available depending on your exact issues. Hormone imbalances can sometimes be corrected with either shots or pills. But this would be done only after you had tried without success and after testing to determine if this is what you would need. It isn't something to do to just get pregnant faster.
