Should the confederate flag only be legal in Texas?

That can be their safe space.

I know over a dozen couples and families that have moved from Los Angeles and San Francisco to Texas over the last decade because they felt it offered better schools, better opportunities and better futures...

only two of those couples are "typical white folks" as Obama might say.... the most-recent is a gay couple from San Francisco tired of the crime, drugs, enabling culture and "check your privilege" attitudes of the city 'leaders' directed at anyone that tries to hold them accountable...

First of all, that would violate the first amendment. Second, no one flies the Confederate flag. Learn the difference between the battle flag of the Army of Northern Virginia and the Confederate flag.

Why would anyone want to display a flag of treason?

NO FLAG should be Illegal for Private Citizens to own and display.

I don't give a Rat'sAss how much it offends you.

That would violate the 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
