Can I freeze my stockpile of canned soda?
- ♥Sweetness♥Lv 71 week ago
No, why would you? It lasts forever just as it is.

NEVER freeze soda. NEVER. It will burst the cans and become a mess, and it's undrinkable after freezing.
Soda will last for years and years without freezing. Keep it cool--keep it from being hot OR frozen.

only for about an hour or 2 hours max in the freezer to get them cold any longer can cause the cans to burst and make a mess (most canned sodas will stay good for 6-9 months after the date printed on the container if stored properly and unopened in a pantry, kitchen, or in the fridge. Just make sure it's a place where the temperature doesn't fluctuate too much.)Source(s): Google and Testing

Sure, if you want to create bombs. Try dropping one too.

Yes, but you'd need to take it out of the cans first.

I would guess almost every can would burst.
Keep your canned soda in a cool dry location where temperatures will not fluctuate much. Probably best if it is in a location where sunlight does not hit the cans directly either as that will heat them up.
Drink the soda before you buy more.
