How many weeks pregnant is she?

So my gf last had her period on May 19th. But she’s been having morning sickness for a couple weeks already. She’s been having nausea, vomiting, and breast sensitivity and tenderness.

That would make her about 6 weeks. If she got her period 5/19, she probably conceived  2 weeks after that. That puts it somewhere around 6/2. That’s 6 weeks.

The weeks of pregnancy begin counting from the first day of the last period UNLESS a woman has a very long or very irregular period - then the weeks of pregnancy need to be determined by a scan to measure the developmental stage of the fetus.  During the first two weeks of "pregnancy" a woman isn't even pregnant yet because ovulation happens at about the end of week two in the average cycle - but the two weeks before ovulation are still included as part of the 40 weeks of pregnancy.

If her symptoms are because of pregnancy - she would get a positive pregnancy test.  So - buy her a test and find out if she is pregnant.  If the test is negative - then something else is causing the those symptoms.

The symptoms you are listing are caused by pregnancy hormones.  If the pregnancy hormones aren't strong enough to register on a test - then they are not strong enough to be the reason for those symptoms and something else is causing them.

Every possible early symptom for pregnancy CAN happen for OTHER reasons.

Your girlfriend's last period began on May 19. Today is July 10. IF she got pregnant any time after May 19 and IF she is pregnant, she would be around 7 weeks (about 1-1/2 months) pregnant now, at the max. She probably wouldn't even be physically aware yet that she was pregnant.

Morning sickness for a couple of weeks, nausea and vomiting, and breast sensitivity and tenderness are not usual early signs of pregnancy. Other than a missed period, most women don't begin experiencing any physical signs of pregnancy until they are at least 8 to 10 weeks pregnant.

If she is actually pregnant, she would be around seven weeks along. All of those symptoms are perfectly normal at that point in a pregnancy.

IF she is pregnant, she's about seven weeks.

    IS she pregnant?

First she should buy a pregnancy test to confirm she's pregnant and not ill. If it's positive you count the weeks from the beginning of her last period.
