Where Is The MSG And TBHQ In Ramen Noodles?

Is the MSG & TBHQ really in the ramen noodles itself or it in little packet that comes along for flavor?

Are all different brand ramen noodles just bad. That here are no healthy ones out there at all?

Update:

Also the other bad stuff, that is said to have and what it can do a person's health. Is it in the ramen noodles itself or in the little packet for flavor.

Most of the noodles have been fried, so there is oil there.

All the rest of the "stuff" is in the seasoning packet.

Frankly if you omit the seasoning packet what you are left with is noodles.  Why not buy a box of pasta and use those noodles rather than fried ones and you can add your own flavorings. Boil the pasta in a small amount of broth rather than water and the starches in the noodles will thicken your noodle dish

MSG isn't unhealthy, It occurs naturally in many foods. Once science discovered that, it was made and added to lots of foods.

Few even use the packets anymore. That is where all the salt, MSG, etc is.
