John Cornyn (R-TX): "We still don't know whether children can get COVID or spread it." How should Texans respond to this?

According to the Texas Department of State Health Services, more than 1,700 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in people ages 0-19 statewide.

    There is a special place in hell for people who put children at risk in order to further their political agenda.

    Since children seem to  be able to spread just about every disease, assume that they can spread COVID and take precautions.
