You cannot have a bank account because you are not of legal age to sign a contract, which is required when you open a bank account. Your name can be added to an account, to make it a joint account with someone else, however. No, you cannot open a restaurant because you are not of legal age to sign a lease. A lease would be required to rent a space, and you would need plenty of money to pay for restaurant equipment, employees' wages, etc.

No. You are not a legal adult and cannot enter in the needed contracts including a basic lease for space. Legally you could at age 18.
(assumes you are in the US)

In MS, you could not do it at 20. Most states you have to be 18. But nobody is going to rent to you.

When you’re 18+ you can have a bank account in your name, sign contracts and open a business but you’ll have a hard time finding businesses willing to extend credit to a 18 yo with no experience.
