Why are the numbers of coronavirus cases being inflated with false positives?

A guy was waiting to get tested for 3 hours and he finally left without getting tested and was labeled as positive. They also say that people died of Covid-19 when they died of something else even when they test positive.

The illusion of the pandemic gives them enormous power to bully the civilian population. Look at the result:

The economy has been wrecked. They've managed to cause a Great Depression in a quarter of a year.

I don’t believe you. How could he be “labeled” as positive without getting a test? Where is this label? Who is it being reported to? If he waited but never got the test, they probably wouldn’t even have his information.

No he wasn't, because it doesn't work that way.  You've got zero facts in your "question" and a whole lot of tinfoil helmet going on.

And people wonder why the USA is the global epicenter of this disease.

You are WRONG.  It is clear BS.  The death certificate MUST state died of covid-19 in order to be added to the covid deaths, kept track at John Hopkins Hospital.  And nobody can possibly count and label anyone as positive without their name and a positive result.  Stop making up sh*t.

The numbers being reported are far below the actual death toll.  Many people are said to have died of heart attacks and strokes who wouldn't have had heart attacks or strokes without COVID-19.  And many who haven't been tested aren't counted as COVID deaths even though they really did die from it.

Because states and hospitals are receiving funding based on the number of COVID-19 cases they report.

And your proof of this is what?

"A guy", "They also say"? Those are the sort of vague terms used in fake news reports. I smell bullshit.

So what is your evidence that this person was listed as positive, did this person see this happen, he would have had to get to the front of the queue to do this.  So did he finally get to the front of the queue, refuse the tests and see that person list him as positive.

In fact how could they list him as positive as the test has to be sent away and tested to do this, the people collecting samples are not those who determine whether a person has the virus or not, with some reports claiming it takes over a week before a person gets their results.

Seems to me either this "guy" lied to you or you just made him up, it is a story which has more holes in it than a sieve.
