i weigh 225 pounds. i want to lose weight but i smoke weed & i have to smoke. what should i do for munchies?

Why do you "have to smoke"? I can't think of a single reason why you would have to smoke weed... medicinal? For nausea? For pain? There are other options that provide the same (if not better) relief without the side effects (munchies) of THC. Try CBD, try topicals, edibles. There are also other munchies that aren't going to have the same caloric impact: carrots, celery, grapes, melon, cucumber, tomatoes, the list of fruits and veggies is endless. Air popped popcorn, whole grain crackers, etc.

I either chew gum, or eat rice cakes, when I get the munchies.
