Can someone direct to someone with experience on a weight loss regime?
I am male, 21 years old, 6'0ft 235 pounds atm. I gained around 30 pounds in the last year. I'm not a stranger to weight loss, I used to be 300 pounds at 16 and lost 100 in 4 years. I stopped losing weight due to ADAPTIVE THERMOGENESIS. I should have started a heavier weightlifting routine and maybe a zigzag diet w high protein low carb and fat; but I didn't know any better so I just thought to fix the problem ill gain some weight back. IM STUCK; can anyone help? My body type is a mix of endomorph and mesomorph so I hold fat naturally.
