Should I lean bulk or cut?
I am 22 6’1” and about 213 pounds. My body fat is roughly 18% going off of an online calculator. I have dropped from 285ish to where I am now but focused a lot more on cardio than anything. I’m looking to get that Greek god dream physique and am wondering if I should continue cutting or do a lean bulk.
I’d like to add that I have been lifting off and on in the past year period but just started taking it a lot more serious in the past few weeks. I do a push pull leg split. I still am a little flabby and some may consider my physique a tad bit skinny fat.
