Can I gain weight from drinking 0 calorie flavored seltzer water?
Recently I've been drinking lots of seltzer water because I found it to be a great alternative to soda. Since it was zero calories I assumed I could drink as much as I want but now I am paranoid that it could potentially cause me to gain weight. The brand I drink is Polar and I have a few cans a day. Is it possible for me to be gaining weight from zero calorie seltzer?

No. Excessive consumption may only cause the weight gain temporarily by the physical weight of the beverage itself.

Anything that you put in your body that weighs anything is going to cause you to gain weight. The question is, how much? Do you think your body is storing that seltzer water as fat?
