How to switch up workouts?
With gyms being closed since March I’ve been doing the same exercises over and over at home. I have only 80lbs worth of plates. A barbell and a dumbell bar set to put those weights on. How can I do some new movements/exercises?

Increase your reps until you can have more equipment delivered.

YouTube. There are literally hundreds of workout videos online. You can find a variety fo CrossFit, Kick-boxing, HIIT, and workouts with weights, not to mention HipHop, Dance, and yoga. Try different things. Look up more videos from instructors or channels you like.

weight lifting is NOT the ONLY way to exercise, Military has been doing Calisthenics for many years
and there are quite a variety to do as well....
