A freeloading mooch is someone who hangs around and eats your food or stays at your house or whatever and never pays for anything but instead you're always having to pay for, like if you go to the movies, they never have money and you have to buy their ticket and if you get pop, popcorn, and candy, they always eat off yours and never buy their own, or like if you go to McDonald's, they don't order anything, like they're not hungry, but as soon as you sit down, they start eating off your fries. It's always other people paying and providing, never them, and that's what makes them a freeloading mooch.

Like if you and your friends are going on a road trip somewhere and decide the split the gas three ways between you, but then this other friend asks to come along with and you say yes assuming they're going to kick in, but then they never offer and so you have to awkwardly ask them, but they're already in the car and you're going and they refuse by reasoning that they shouldn't have to pay anything because you were already going and planning to spend that money, so it really doesn't cost you anything to have them come along, and that's the "freeloading" part of being a freeloading mooch.

Either he's not a friend or you don't know how to get rid of him. Same holds true for females.
