Simple definition of 4H club?

Question

We are trying to explain a 4H Club to someone whose English is not 100%. A nearby 4H club is hosting an event for the public and they have asked me what is a 4H club. I'm not seeing a simple definition and whty their event is open to the public.

4H is an association for teenagers that want to belong to a positive uplifting secular group, learn and develop skills, and become better citizens. {Then list the 4 H words ....}

The simpliest definition is the most straightforward. Explain that a 4H club is a club for 4H.
