There are no accurate statistics available because South Korea does not categorise blacks any differently from the way they categorise other foreigners in this country. There are blacks serving in the US military stationed here, there are blacks working in some capacity - mostly as English teachers from one of the "Golden Seven" countries, usually from the US or Canada, and there are blacks who are enrolled in a Korean university. It would be impossible to give an exact number of exactly how many there are in total. There are also blacks here who are married to Korean citizens as well. Considering that foreigners make up less than three percent of the population of the country, and the wide majority of the foreigners here are from other Asian countries - mostly China, best guess would be a few thousand at the most.
