best ways to learn french?

I just got done taking 3 semesters of French in college, so I have a walking understanding of the language, though hardly fluent. What are the best ways to expand my fluency? I've been using duolingo and watching New Wave movies, what else can i do? Any good books out there for a beginning French learner?

You learn French with the same way you do it with any other language:

_ Buy books about French language and / or have a teacher if you can afford it, watch shows / movies in French language, etc....

Practice it regularly too. If you have the opportunity to speak it with native French so it's a very plus!
