Inherited genes determine how your penis grows. An University of British Columbia, Canada, says one stops growing by age 20. Probably an Endocrinologist can best explain how the penis grows during puberty, but it is difficult to estimate penis growth as compared with other growing features of your body. Of course, the growth of your penis may reach its total length before you reach age 20.

It’s probably nearly fully grown but it might grow another half an inch depending when you started puberty

My penis only grew about half an inch from 3.5" to 4" erect (age 16 to 17).  It didn't grow anymore after that.
