Is all attraction gravity?

    No

    The attractive force between two masses is gravity.

    The force of electromagnetism is both attractive and repulsive and is electrical in nature.  This is the basis of chemical reactions

    The strong and weak nuclear forces have both attractive and repulsive characters, too.

    So, to answer you question, no, all attractions are not gravity.
