Chronic sore throat after voice overuse?

Question

I was singing with bad technique and then the following days I had numerous public speakings where I had to really shout. Afterwards my throat started to hurt on the upper left side (around the tonsil area) . I tried antibiotics and antifungal but they haven't helped. I thought after resting my voice would recover but it's been about 2 years and it's still painful. What can I do about an injured throat.
