question about exercise?

if I exercised 1 hour and 30 minutes today but ate 1 teaspoon of frosting, a small bag of sour patch kids, 1 ramen noodlepack and drank some cola, does my exercise mean nothing?

    You can't out train a bad diet. Keep those on a cheat day!

    Exercise is good for boosting metabolism, toning muscles and keeping us strong.  

    If you want to eat high carb/sugar filled foods, that's your business.
