Ok, with DNA testing is there a way to get citizenship  for a child past the age of 18?

    If you can prove one of your parents was a citizen of country x at the time of your birth, you are already a citizen in most countries.  If your citizen parent is not named on your birth certificate, it might be necessary to do a DNA test but generally payments of child support are accepted as proof.

    If parentage is provable most nations have ways for citizen parents to sponsor non citizen adult children.

    There are laws regarding citizenship, DNA means nothing.
