I have a windows 10 computer and my files are deleted without my doing so. It leaves no evidence of them. How can I get them back?

What antivirus/antimalware do you run? Is it up to date? When did it last do a scan?

My guess would be that some bad software has taken up residence and you're going to lose more files until you get rid of it.
