Mary was the great-great-granddaughter of James II of Scotland:

James II --his son, James III, James IV, (grandson), James V,(great-grandson)--and V's daughter, Mary, the great-great-granddaughter

Mary was the only child of James V, great-grandson of James II.  So she would have been a great-great-granddaughter.
