Why would my health  co. be asking questions for me falling in my bathroom & having to have my arm put in a cast at the EM Room.?

    You submitted a claim for your health insurance to pay your doctors' bill. They want to know whether they can sue somebody else to pay it instead.

    Most likely to determine if it’s someone else’s fault.  If so, that person could be forced to pay your expenses.

    There is something called ICD10. It requires all sorts of details be collected about your issue or incident. Yes insurance will use this info against you. There are data analytics that benefit people also.

    Why are they asking you questions?  I suppose it's so they can get answers.

    However, without knowing anything about the questions, it's hard to help.

    My crystal ball doesn't appear to be working.
