Why people buy these top of the line Merceedes so much? are they not spending way too much money for a vehicle?

how much are the top Merceedes ?  and you see them all over the place in affluent areas,,,but why? that is a lot of money to spend on a vehicle?

I suppose there are folks who like that particular make of car and are financially able to buy one.  Mercedes does have a good reputation for quality and performance and of course for many, there is the 'status' of owning one.

They have the money, or at least can afford the payments and want people to know so that they can impress them.
