Can I use whole eggs instead of egg yolks to make brownies I’m adding buttermilk will the volume of egg mixture batter increase ?

The liquid 'volume' will increase, yes, because you're adding buttermilk, You can add 'whole' eggs to your mix.
I'd put the buttermilk in the mix first, then you can 'eyeball' how many eggs to add to your mix, you could always add whole eggs, then if you need only a little more 'liquid' just add the yolk of another, the spare white could be used later for a meringue maybe or added to a beaten egg mix for an omelette / quiche??

That is one weird brownie recipe you are making! Yolks and buttermilk 😬

Follow the recipe. If the recipe calls for egg yolks, don't use whole eggs as the outcome of the brownie will be different.
