Do you think it is possible for super virus to appear?
with cold season coming up and the corona virus around could there be a super virus if the two combine?

A virus can and does mutate.
Sometimes making it more deadly, others times not.
But the odds of two different viruses combining is almost nill.

It's more likely that the coronavirus would evolve to something more lethal than for two viruses to combine.

Entropy is right. A virus that kills or incapacitates its host doesn't spread for long. That's why Ebola always burns out fast. The common cold is so successful because people are able to go to work with it so they don't have too much to catch up on when they feel better.

They aren't going to combine. If corona were to mutate to become deadlier, given it's high infectious rate it could well be a problem. However, that's not necessarily likely. Corona hasn't mutated much during it's time and the strain going around not is actually considered LESS deadly than the one that was hitting in the early days of corona.
Which if you think about it, IS the more likely direction. Viruses want to reproduce and spread. They don't necessarily care about killing the host or not. The less you kill the host, the more opportunities to spread. Evolutionarily speaking, it's in it's interest to NOT kill the host.
