Christians, what is the sin of wrath?
Is that having a fiery temper and being snide with people, like I have had and been? Say, if others are rude to you? Instead of turning the other cheek?

Christianity identifies seven deadly sins.
Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, Pride
Wrath is a strong anger and hate towards another person.
The Bible speaks about wrath in Romans 12:19, “Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, ‘Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.’” Additional Bible verses include: Psalm 37:8, Proverbs 14:29, Proverbs 15:1, Ephesians 4:26-27, Colossians 3:8 and James 1:19-20.
Patience cures wrath by one first understanding the needs and desires of others before acting or speaking.
Wrath is overdoing the anger, especially when over someone's minor mistake or statement. It is also acting in ways "to get even" far worse than the other person injured you. That's vengeance. Even if others are rude to you, a good Christian lets it go, or at least doesn't "blow up".
