    Allowed? Of course.

It's allowed - not aloud.  You tell bedtime stores to kids aloud.

Your husband can take anyone along with him if he likes.  He could take his 5th grade teacher if he wants to.  However, if you and your attorney are there you can insist she leave the room.

If he chooses to take her along to his meetings with his own lawyers that's his decision to make. You'd probably have the right to demand that she not be present during any mediation meetings you're having with him and his lawyers.

Of course it's legal.  He can bring the whole town if he wants.

There is no universal law anywhere that says who can or can't go to an appointment.  In some cases, such as juvenile matters, there would be confidentiality issues that may prohibit it.

He can take anyone he wants to.  Why would he not be allowed to do that?

"Allowed" ....not "aloud" ..... he can bring anyone he wants to his attorney's office.
