how fast can i lose weight ?
So i've always been on a keto diet but last year after my boyfriend broke up with me i gained back all my weight and now I'm trying to lose the weight. I am currently eating one small keto meal a day, drinking apple cider vinegar twice a day (4 tablespoons), working out hard, drinking a lot of water and i think total calories consumed is below 500kcal. How fast do you all think i can lose weight ?

The faster you lose, the less likely you'll be able to keep it off AND fast loss typically means you're losing muscle too (not just fat) which isn't a good thing.
Make a lifestyle change. 80% of fat loss is about what you eat, so that’s more important than exercise. Any "diet" you go on may help you lose some weight but you'll tend to gain it back if you go back to your previous ways. Unhealthy diets also can cause weight loss of tissue other than fat (such as muscle, especially if your calorie intake is too low). Use a calculator like this one https://www.freedieting.com/calorie-calculator to determine about what your calorie intake should be. You can lose UP TO 3 lbs per week in a healthy manner, but 1 - 2 lbs is much more doable and easier to maintain long term. Remember that as your activity level and/or your weight changes, your calorie needs change too. So, check the calculator as your weight goes down or your activity goes up or down, so you continue to consume calories at a level that will help induce fat loss.
Eat a healthy well-balanced diet at least 80% of the time...keep junk food, fast food, sweets, sodas, etc to a bare minimum (the occasional treat if you feel the need). Avoid as much processed food as you can. Focus on lean protein, fruits and veggies, complex carbs, healthy fats and and plenty of water. Keep your calories at a healthy level when working to lose fat. Cardio exercise is ideal for burning some extra calories. If you don't have an exercise program you want to use, youtube has TONS of fitness videos you can check out, not to mention just getting outdoors and going for a walk, run, or bike ride.
When you reach your goal, simply modify your calorie intake and/or exercise to allow you to maintain your weight instead of continuing to lose.

Depends on how much you weight and how big of a calorie deficit you are in.
Honestly, I don't think what you are doing is healthy or useful. I would encourage you to increase your calories and number of meals while still on a keto eating plan and doing intermittent fasting.
Keto isn't a magic bullet. It is an eating lifestyle. You gain weight last year because you starting eating too much again, right? Your keto "diet" needs to be one that you can sustain and will sustain you at a healthy weight for the next 50 years, not the next month or two.

The faster you lose the more you will gain back. You setting your self up to be a 300 pounder when your older. Crash diets destroy your internal weight control and your doing damage long term. The slower you lose the longer you will keep it off. Just warning you...

Portion size is the key.
Eat 25% less at meal time.
Weigh in Once a Week. Too often will confuse you daily/hourly variations.
Adjust the portion size accordingly.
Eat no “Diet”, “fat free” unless it is naturally so.
Diet plan #2
Better to just eat meals four times a day, with SMALLER portions.
Also, it is the Portion Size not what you eat.
Example, cut a pizza* (supreme) into eighths, eat one eighth at each meal for two days, Drink Iced Water or unflavored Soda Water.
Don't waste any money on Vitamins, or Supplements. They are not needed unless the Lab tests tell a doctor otherwise.
*pizza contains the food pyramid. Dairy, Bread, Meat. Vegetables.

Eat two banquet meals per day (1$US±).and anything you want for the third meal.
PORTION Size is the key, not what you eat.
Drink Iced Water/Soda Water.
NO "Diet", "Fat Free", "Low fat" items (unless they are naturally so). If you do not eat fat regularly the body will attempt to store what little it does get.
All the exercise you need is to WALK three to ten miles a day. Get a Pedometer to check on that. You may already be doing all you need.
DO not suffer or strain yourself, it is self-defeating.
I was on the cheap for meals, I did not intend to lose weight, I lost 30# in 90 days without hardly noticing.
