Net worth is their properties?
If a husband gives 50 billion to his wife and that is her net worth, should she pay tax when she inherit the fortune to her kids?
If she received net worth is 50 billion, is this her money? Or husband's money?

Are you EVER going to get off of this subject? It depends on the parties. I have NO idea what "when she inherit" (okay, she inherits) "the fortune to her kids" means.
Let's see. If the husband GIVES the wife 50 billion, whose money is it? When someone gives you something, who do you think owns the something?
Let me guess. India.

What taxes would be involved would depend on the tax laws where this is happening. Whether such a gift would be considered joint marital assets also depends on the local laws.

If she "wills" the fortune to her kids then THEY will pay an inheritance tax when they settle the estate. If you're confused about this and really think you're ever going to have even a million dollars, speak with an attorney.
