There is no chemical formula for apple cider vinegar.

All vinegar contains  acetic acid  CH3COOH

..  white vinegar is distiled vinegar to remove any impurities

Apple Cider Vinegar contains some melanine -- the stuff in apples that causes them to turn brown when they are cut open and exposed to the air.  There are probably other traces of substances that come from apple also. ====  If you distill AC vinegar, then you can can get white vinegar.
