"Americans build their future, they don't tear down their past" Agree or disagree?


@random_dude it's a not so subtle dig at the rioters tearing down statues and the politicians that support them. Also a backhanded way of saying that the "protestors" are part of the problem, not the solution,  and that their efforts would be better spent being productive instead of destructive.

    They used to, back when parents taught their kids a work ethic.

    That quote sounds good, but I'm not sure what it really means.

    It's hard to "agree or disagree" with something so vague.

    Very much so.  No one can be who they are today without being who they were yesterday.

    The same goes for countries and empires.
