I'm 21 years old, how much sleep should my age be getting?
Regularly I am going to sleep at 12 a.m or 1 a.m and the next day I have the worst insomnia and it's been frequently. Should I be getting 11 hours of sleep in my age? I heard 9 hours of sleep is the right amount but honestly that sounds too short for me. Is 10 p.m a good night sleep for my age? I regularly wake up at 9 a.m. What y'all think?
