Storing breastmilk?

Can you store breastmilk in a bottle with the nipple and cap on it? I have three in the freezer I did this with and hate to throw them out. Please help!

In the fridge, yes.  In the freezer, not with the nipple on it.  Freezing it can break down the nipple (although it won't hurt the milk).  But just switch the nipples and you'll be fine.  In the future though, it's best to store it in bags laid flat.  Even freezing, even thawing.

Yes we do that in the clinic where I work. Make sure it’s thoroughly defrosted and we’ll shaken before use
