Antarctica is a continent and has a dry desert on it. Not much happens, though.

It tends to be very cold. It tends to be covered in ice, as the single example of a land-based pole on Earth will show you.

    Note 'pole' not 'poll'.

There is a Continent at the South Pole.  Antarctica.

    1. It tends to stay in one place

    2. It snows a lot and is covered in ice

    People vote on things...

    If you mean poles...

Antarctica is essentially a continent and it already is at the south pole.

The Earth's surface has thesze continental plates, which are slowly moving, and speculation is that EurAsia (europe and asia) will be at the north pole in about 100 million years.

Of more concern may be that the magnetic poles are also moving, but much faster than the plates. The North pole is currently in Canada, but it's moving east at about 17 cm per year....

I believe you meant at 'poles' as in the North Pole?

If the angle is not great, the poles are typically frozen in winter.

If the planet is tilted with pole constantly in sunlight, that pole will become scorching while the opposite pole will freeze.

IF you meant polls, that where someone is elected!
