is it legal to withhold sex from my spouse if she doesnt let me choose the babys name?

    You do know that witholding sex from a woman doesnt work as well as witholding sex from a man, right?

    Its legal to withold sex from your spouse.

    Its legal for your spouse to seek sex elsewhere

    Yes, it's perfectly legal to withhold sex from your spouse.  Let her and the birth father pick the name.

    The court's don't have time for that b.s.  They are really wanting to know if you forced her to copulate; or if she forced you.  What ya'll disagree on verbally behind closed doors, the courts could give two farts about.

    It's always legal for a spouse to withhold sex. Male or female doesn't matter. But I agree with Foofa that it would be a childish tactic.
