Does every  football league have a different style of play ?

I’ve heard the Italian league is more defence minded and the English league is more fast and frantic

It use to be that way, in the 1990s.

Serie A was tactically ahead of our league in terms of the number of chances you'd get and how often you'd manage to get behind the back four, if you did somehow you'd be offside or your attempts on goal were thwarted to brilliantly disguised fouls ^_^

Serie A was no joke in that era,  it was arguably the best league in the world to play in throughout the 1990's, well at least up till 1997 ish.

late 90s EPL started to blossom ( United treble,  Arsenal resurgence under Wenger etc )

Every league has a different style of play yes.

Yes La Liga and Premier League play a style called “good football” the rest play a style called Club XXX (Juventus, Bayern, Celtic, PSG) win by XXX points this time and can basically win their leagues with their academy teams and be fresh for Europe.

All the teams play the same football. It is just the matter of different skills by each players.

Various teams have different styles within a league, but there are identifiable differences between various leagues.

La Liga - Pass and move

Bundesliga - Pressing and total football

Serie A - Defensive strategic play

    Ligue 1 - Youth development
